The +Golden State Warriors added Andre Iguodala to a roster already boasting Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, David Lee, and Andrew Bogut! Can they compete for a title this upcoming season? Personally I think a title run is a bit of a stretch considering the Warriors won 46 games last season. I don't think they'll become a championship contender by adding Iggy and Jermaine O'Neal to the roster, but they'll certainly make a good run for the Pacific Division Title. They match up pretty well with the LA Clippers and I can certainly see that race going down to the wire--Talk ABOUT THE MEEK INHERITING THE EARTH!!!!
We're talking about two teams that have been historically terrible--probably the worst ever in professional sports--and now they are both in a position to contend for an NBA Title? Who would have thunk it? To even consider a scenario like this five years ago or even two or three years ago would have been laughable; however now that it has become a reality, this has certainly made quite the paradigm shift to say the least. don't you think?
